These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to www.mattmedicares.com (the "Site") and to the text-messaging program described below, both operated by Matt Medicares Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational Purposes Only

The Site provides general information about Medicare and related insurance options for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, or medical advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer of coverage or a guarantee that you qualify for any plan. Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and enrollment rules change over time, so please confirm current details with the plan, Medicare.gov, or 1-800-MEDICARE before making a decision. We do not offer every plan available in your area.

Not Affiliated with the Government

Matt Medicares Insurance is an independent insurance agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or the federal Medicare program.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

When you opt in, by checking the consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, Matt Medicares Insurance may send you text messages about your Medicare inquiry. These may include appointment scheduling and reminders, answers to your questions, and occasional informational or marketing messages.

• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

• Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of working with us.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See the Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

Contact Forms and Appointment Scheduling

Our contact form and appointment calendar are provided through a third-party customer-relationship platform and are subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices as well as ours. Submitting a form or booking a time asks us to contact you; it does not enroll you in any plan, and you are never obligated to enroll.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to copy, scrape, or republish its content without permission.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Matt Medicares Insurance or its licensors and may be used for your personal, non-commercial reference only. Medicare, insurance carrier names, and plan names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Links to Other Websites

The Site links to outside websites such as Medicare.gov, insurance carriers, and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Medicares Insurance is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
